Suggest a better description1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. B rush the parchment with 2 tablespoons butter.
2. Cut the bagels in half. Using a 2 inch round cutter, make the centre of each bagel half larger. Place the bagels cut side down on
the baking sheet. Press the bagels down on the sheet.
3. Brush the tops of the bagels and the cutouts with the remaining butter. Crack and egg in the bagel hole. Season the eggs with
salt and pepper. Bake the bagels 11 to 14 minutes,
4. Transfer the bagels to a serving platter and garnish with the bacon, red onion and chives.
