Add oil to pan and heat
Once oil is heated, add curry leaves.
Add onion
Add salt for onion to cook faster
Once onion is fried, add ginger garlic paste
Add mint and coriander leaves
Leave it for a minute
Add tomato
Add masala (turmeric, coriander powder, chilli powder, garam masala)
Add Salt
Cook for 6-7 minutes.
Smash tomato And cook for another 2-3 minutes
Add 4 eggs
Once egg is half cooked, add Parotta
Mix thoroughly and keep it in pan for 2-3mins
