Caramel: Mix the water and sugar in the bottom of a baking dish and heat in a 350 degree oven until brown, about 20 to 30 minutes.
Custard: Beat the eggs a little bit. Add the other ingredients. Pour the mixture into pan in which the caramel has been make and put in the oven in a shallow pan containing hot water for about an hour at 350 degrees. Let it cool a little bit and remove from the pan. Serve cold.
