Egg Muffins
Preheat oven to 350. Brown sausage and drain. Spray muffin tin with Pam. Divide the red pepper, onion, sausage and cheeses over 12 muffin tins. Combine eggs, egg whites and salt and pepper. Pour egg mixture over the sausage. Bake 22-25 minutes.
