Best egg nog I've ever had. My husband makes me make it every chance he gets this time of year!
Combine milk, cloves, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla and 1 teaspoon cinnamon in a sauce pan and heat on lowest setting for 5 min.
Slowly bring milk mixture to a boil.
In large bowl combine egg yolks and sugar whisk together until fluffy.
Whisk hot milk slowly into egg yolks.
Pour back into sauce pan cook over medium heat stirring for 3 min or until thick do not allow mixture to boil
Strain to remove cloves and let cool at room temperature for one hour.
Add rum cream extra vanilla and nutmeg
Refrigerate
