Emma O'Donnell's recipe
1. Beat yolks with 1/2 cup sugar. Beat whites separately until very stiff, add 1/4 cup sugar and continue beating. Mix beaten whites and yolks. Add cream, milk, whiskey and rum. Stir well and chill thoroughly. Serve with grated nutmeg.
