Suggest a better descriptionIn a small bowl combine Garlic, Ginger, Soy and Sesame Oil. Set aside.
In a large skillet. Brown the pork over medium high heat. When brown add the coleslaw mix and thinly sliced onion stir to combine. Saute a coupe of minutes stirring frequently.
Add the sauce mix to meat and veggies. stir and cook for about 3 to 5 minutes. Serve over rice.
To make very low point substitute Ground Turkey or Chicken breast.
