Heat oil in skillet over high heat. Stir fry shrimp until pinkish. Add vegetables and stir fry 2-3 minutes. Add pork and seasonings, mix thoroughly. Remove.
Place filling on wrapper and wrap envelope fashion. Cook egg roll in about 1/2 inch of oil in skillet turning once. Drain on paper towel.
