This is an easy lunch that has a great combination of flavors.
Combine eggs, mustard, Miracle Whip, salt and pepper; set aside. Toast bread and plate. Place one leaf of lettuce on the bottom piece of toast. Scoop one third of the egg mixture on top and spread out. Sprinkle paprika on top. Arrange 1/3 of bacon on top and place 2 slices of tomato on top. Place top piece of toast on top to complete the sandwich and repeat the process for the other 2 sandwiches.
