This is a simple recipe which is tasty. If you want boil the egg for a different time thats fine.
Boil the water for five minutes.Then put your eggs in to boil for 7-10 minutes.It is best to have a timer to time this.While the eggs are boiling, get a bowl and cutlery ready. Put your rocket and lettuce into the bowl. The eggs should be ready by then. Take them out and take skin off. You should turn the hob off and carefully dispose of the boiling water. Chop the eggs into quarters into and put them in the salad. Pour the salad dressing on and bon appetit! You have the perfect egg salad.
