Make the night before serving (to allow bread to soak up into ingredients).
Break crustless bread into small pieces. Put into a glass casserole dish. Break browned sausage into small pieces and mix with bread.
In a bowl, mix eggs, milk, cheese, Worcestershire sauce and spices. Beat with a whisk and pour over bread and sausage mixture. Dot top of casserole with margarine. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 400? for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until liquid solidifies and top is browned.
