2 mix Creole season and BBQ sauce with Egg Whites
3 place 1/2 cheese and all ingredients in bowl and mix then pour into casserole bowl
4 top with remaining cheese and 3 slices of tomato
5 add 11/2 cup water to pressure cooker, trivet and bowl with sling
6 set P06 for 20 minutes wait 10 minutes on hold then do quick pressure release, remove and set out to cool
will shrink in size
7 brown in Convection(broil) for 9 minutes with no pre-heat
8 cool in refrigerator, run knife around inside edge of bowl and twist quickly to release
invert on plate sprayed with pam and slice
