Cook whole pkg in frying pan over medium heat, turning pieces over every couple of minutes. When almost done, place on crumpled paper towels to drain fat
OR pull off 3 slices, shape /wind into a circular shape in a bowl and microwave for 2 + minutes
PREP BAGEL:
From freezer, defrost in microwave about 45 secs, cut & toast
COOK EGGS:
Crack eggs into sm bowl or cup, add a tiny bit of water or milk and whisk with fork.
Melt a pat of butter in small non-stick frying pan.over low/med flame Pour eggs in right away-use spatula to shape into bagel size circle. Flip after 40 seconds or so, add cheese, cover & turn off flame .
When cheese is melted, move to bagel, add bacon, hot sauce.
