1. Mix sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and flour.
2. Add butter.
3. Add bananas.
4. Spoon into Mini Muffin Trays.
5. Add brown sugar to the tops before baking (a tip from another recipe)
6. Bake at 190 degrees C for approximately 20 minutes.
