Add all ingredients to a bowl, including any finely chopped veggies like broccoli rice or spinach. Extra grated Parmesan optional. Sprinkle with garlic salt, onion powder and pepper. Mix together. Spray meatloaf pan and add.
Cook for 1hr.
Optional: sprinkle with shredded mozz and put back in over for a few more minutes until melted
