Suggest a better descriptionMethod: preheat the oven@180 degrees. Grease 8/9inches cake tin and dust lightly with flour. Sieve wheat flour + baking powder + baking soda +salt 3 to 4 times and keep it aside. Ina bowl mix oil and sugar and mix well using hand blender. Now to this add curds and mix well. Add milk and mix with hand mixer along with vanilla and almond essence. Now to this mixture add vinegar and keep aside for 2/3mins. Add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients and mix /fold the batter to a smooth paste. Pour the batter to the prepared cake tin and bake it for 25 to 27 mins. Or a skewer stick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Pls kindly adjust the baking settings as per your oven settings.
