Eggnog bread
Source: Costco
Preheat oven to 350 F. Coat loaf pan with non-stick spray.
In large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, cinnamon and nutmeg. In separate bowl blend eggnog, oil, eggs, vanilla and rum extract. Slowly stir west ingredients into dry until combined. Pour batter into loaf pan. Tap loaf pan on counter to evenly set bread. Bake 60-70 minutes.
Cool loaf and then carefully remove from pan. Completely cool before glazing.
Whisk together glaze ingredients until smooth. Drizzle over loaf.
