Beat the sugars, butter, eggnog, vanilla, rum or brandy extract, and egg yolks together until light and fluffy.
Combine dry ingredients; blend in until smooth.
Drop by rounded teaspoonful onto baking sheets.
Bake the cookie dough in the oven for 6-8 minutes, or until cookies are done. Cool completely.
