Suggest a better descriptionTo assemble, put all ingredients except butter into two separate gallon-sized freezer bags. Lay flat, label and place in
freezer.
Night before cooking, rinse and soak chickpeas overnight and drain.
Day of cooking, using a large cast iron skillet, heat butter over medium heat. Add ground beef, cook through and set
aside, leaving the fat in the skillet. In same cast iron skillet, saute mushrooms, onions, eggplants, chickpea, and spices
until soft. Add beef back in and mix together. Serve with white rice or a fresh green salad.
Each bag makes about 4-6 servings
