Suggest a better descriptionPour EVOO in tall pot. Add seasoning mix and let it cook until wilted and browned. Add garlic minced. Once seasoning is wilted add ground beef and ground pork. Brown meat until cooked. Add cubed eggplant to mean nd seasoning and stir together. Add 1 cup of beef broth and turn heat to medium low. Let eggplant cook keep sirringn frequently. After 1/2 hour or eggplant is cooked down so entire mixture looks like meat, add Tony’s and celery salt.
When ready serve with 2 1/2 cups of white rice mix together.
