Put 2-3 eggs in a ziploc sandwich bag ( write names on the bags before you do this.) and add in whatever ingredients you like in your omelet. Everyone makes their own. Then squeeze all the air out of the bag and put in a large pot of boiling water. We used a turkey fryer filled with water. Cook each bag for 17 min. Pour onto a plate and Ta Da!
