Boil eggs 1 minute, Cover and let sit for 15 minutes then chill in ice water and peel.
Mix cheese sauce from butter, flour, salt, milk and swiss cheese. Heat in small pot until sauce is combined.
Place eggs in covered baking dish, cover eggs with warm cheese sauce and put in oven for 25-30 minutes at 350 F. Put sauteed mushrooms on top of each serving after eggs come out of oven.
Saute ? pound of mushrooms to put over the top before serving.
