Suggest a better descriptionSlice corned beef into cubes, set aside. Melt 1 1/2 tbs butter in skillet. Stir in potatoes, onion, bell pepper, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper. Mix. Cook 10 min. Press down, cook another 10 min. Stir in corned beef. Press down, cook 10 min. more. FRY eggs. Heat 1/2 tbs butter in a skillet. Crack eggs into skillet. Fry until whites are set. Season eggs with salt. SERVE eggs over hash, season with pepper & ENJOY...
