Mix the five spice and ginger together and rub it all over the chicken. Roast for approximately 1 hour 15 minutes, or until cooked. Leave to cool, then shred.
Combine all the ingredients of dressing in a jar with a tightly fitting lid and shake well
Combine all the salad ingredients with the chicken. Toss with the hoisin dressing just before serving
sprinkle with nuts
