Easy, quick for impromptu baking
1. Grease a 9X 13 pan.
2 Preheat oven 350
3. Cream sugar and butter.
4. Combine dry ingredients and add to creamed butter and sugar, along with milk to thin (thick batter).
5. Place sliced apples (tossed with cinnamon and sugar)into batter, overlapping, in rows (just make it look nice).
6.Bake 30-40 minutes til light golden.
Can also use other fruit (e.g. peaches, blueberries), canned peaches work fine too (just drain and dry)
