Prawn and calamari pasta with red chilli and mushroom
Start by adding the butter and Olive oil to a medium heat pan. Wait till preperation reach frying temperature then add the calamari. Fry for 7 minutes and remove. Add the prawns and fry untill golden brown. Now remove the calamari and prawns and keep warm in 60 deg oven. Add the mushrooms to the pan and fry untill just tender. Remove the mushrooms and put in oven with prawns and calamarii
Now sart frying the onions, garlic and ginger untill tender but not over cooked. Add the smoked paprika black pepper and garlic &herb seasoning. Enjoy the flovour. Now add the white wine, tomatoe and cream. Reduce heat and stir well untill blended. Now add the goodies you have in the oven, mix well, let is rest at low temperature and have some wine. To serve, add grated rich Parmesan , parsley or whatever is your choice. A great meal for food lovers who would like to go the extra mile to achieve the best!!
