Lord of the Rings style
1. Preheat oven to 425ยบ
2. Sift flour, baking soda, and salt in large bowl
3. Add butter and mix until granule
4. Add sugar and cinnamon together, then add to mixture
5. Add milk and vanilla, stir until a thick dough
6. Roll out dough to a 1/2 inch thickness
7. Cut out 3x3 inch squares, cut an 'X' in the middle, but not all the way through
8. Place on a cookie sheet, spread a thin layer or honey across the top, and bake for 12 minutes, or until tops are golden brown
