Drain fruit cocktail and mandarin oranges and place in bowl. Sprinkle pudding mix over fruit. Add pineapple tidbits (including juice), chopped pecans and bananas. Allow to sit for about one minute. Gently fold together all ingredients just until pudding mix and juice from pineapple have combined to make "sauce". Refrigerate at least four hours before serving.
