Suggest a better descriptionBrown pork chops on both sides in a skillet over medium heat; drain off any fat. Drain oranges, reserving juice. Combine juice with brown sugar, salt ketchup, cinnamon, vinegar and mustard. Add oranges to juice mixture and pour over browned pork chops. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 25 to 35 minutes.
Microwave carrots until tender, about 4 to 5 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients except parsley and cook 3 minutes more. Sprinkle with parsley.
