Combine all ingredients save tomato paste into a large bowl, mixing with your hands until well combined.
Put meat mixture into one large loaf pan, or two small loaf pans.
Top loaf (loaves) with tomato paste
Bake 1 hr 15 minutes for one large loaf, or 45 minutes for two small loaves. Check loaf for doneness 15 minutes prior to removing it from the oven
Let stand 10 - 15 minutes before serving
