Emeril lagasse spicy sausage dressing
Try for Thanksgiving
Preheat oven to 375. Grease 9x13 pawn oil
In bowl whisk milk broth & eggs add bread mix well set aside until milk is absorbed. About 15 minutes
In large skillet over med high heat cook sausage & beef for 10 minutes. Add oil , garlic, celery,bay leag,bell pepper, onion, salt, red pepper, black pepper, & cook stirring occasionally about 15 minutes remove bay leaf.
Transfer meat mixture to bowl w bread, add parsley, & stir to combine. Transfer to prepared dish & bake about an hour. Cover w foil if top starts to burn
