Suggest a better descriptionIn a small saucepan combine horseradish, vinegar, sugar and bring to a boil. Simmer until liquid has reduced by half. Cool slightly. In a small bowl whisk sour cream to lighten. Add horseradish mixture, stir until well combined and season to taste with salt and pepper.
