Cook bacon until crispy and crumble. Or use pre-cooked bacon crumbles (easiest)
Cut broccoli into small pieces without stems, dice onion into small tiny pieces.
Combine, broccoli, raisins, onions, sunflower seeds and bacon.
Mix mayo, sugar, rice vinegar and milk until smooth and mix with rest of ingredients. (Add Milk as needed to make dressing creamy)
I served this at parties and the bowl always comes back empty. Even those who don't like Brocolli love this salad. One of my childrens favorites! This salad is a must to try!
