Jamaican Patties

PASTRY:
1. Cream butter and cream cheese. Blend in flour and shape into a ball. Wrap in saran and refrigerate over night. THirty minutes before using, take out of refrigerator. Flour board heavily. roll the dough thin and cut with round cutter.
2. Place a small spoon of filling on the round. Moisten the edges with water, fold ove and press with a fork.
Bake on ungreased sheet for 12-15 minutes at 350 degrees until bottom is golden.
3. These may be frozen before baking. Allow 30 minutes to thaw and cook about 5 minutes longer. Make bake ahead of use and keep warm in the oven.
FILLING:
Brown beef, add onion and green pepper and cook til tender. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 10 minutes longer.
