Suggest a better descriptionSprinkle pepper over cut sides of pear halves; set aside. Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; melt margarine in skillet over medium heat. Arrange pear halves, cut sides down, in skillet; cook 5 minutes or until golden. Add plum sauce and marmalade; cook 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring gently to coat pears. Yield: 4 servings (serving size: 2 pear halves).
