Enchilada's
Combine meat, green chilies, onion and chili powder and cook until meat browned. Drain off excess grease and liquid. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients, reserving cheese and tortillas. In a greased 9 x 12 inch casserole dish place a layer of tortillas, cut in fourths, meat an dcheese, ending the meat mixture. Garnish with cheese. Repeat until ingredients used. Refrigerate or freeze if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes (30 minutes if not refrigerated)
