Easy enchilada casserole that you will enjoy!
Brown ground beef with cut up onion. Add spices and sauces, and then 1 package cheese. Lay 6 tortillas on the bottom of a 9X13 inch pan. Ladle a thick layer of meat over the tortillas and then sprinkle with half of the second package of cheese. Layer the next 6 tortillas over the meat and the ladle the remaining meat on top of that. Finish with the remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes or until bubbly.
NOTE: The enchilada sauce are the small cans or use 1 large can.
