Preheat oven to 350*
In medium saucepan, cook onions in margarine til tender. Stir in flour then water & boullion; cook & stir til thickened & boullion dissolves. Remove from heat; stir in sour cream. (hot sauce)
In a large bowl, combine 1 cup of the hot sauce, chicken, 1 cup cheese, chilies & cumin; Mix Well.
Dip each tortilla into remaining hot sauce to soften; fill each with equal partions of chicken mixture. ROLL UP.
Arrange in greased 13" x 9" baking dish. Spoon remaining sauce over. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake at 350* for 25 mins. or til bubbly.
Garnish as desired.
