Sour Cream Enchiladas
Brown ground beef and drain. Add taco seasoning. Pre heat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, mix together soups, sour cream and chilles. Pour enough to cover the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish (about half).
To make the enchiladas, place a large spoonful of ground beef on a tortilla and sprinkle cheese ad onion on top. Roll as a burrito and put in baking dish, seam side down.
Pour remaining soup mixture over the enchiladas and top with sliced olives and remaining shredded cheese. bake for 30 - 40 minutes, until bubbly.
