1. Preheat 350
2. Cook taco meat with taco seasoning
3. Mix all other ingredients in a bowl
4. Roll ingredients up in tortillas
5. Put some enchilada sauce in the bottom (not too much)
6. Lay them close together
7. Put enchilada sauce on top
8. Put grated cheese on top
9. Cook 30 minutes
