This has the consistency of soft serve ice cream and is super filling. Very versatile. Love this after a workout or in the afternoon when I need a lift.
Place first 6 ingredients in a high speed blender in order. Blend until smooth, scraping down sides and adding additional oat milk until smoothie is the texture of soft serve ice cream. Pour/scrape into bowl and top with favorite toppings.
