Cover baking pan with foil.
Split English muffin in half and place on top of baking pan.
Spread 1/2 of tomato paste on top half of English muffin & remaining 1/2 on bottom half of English muffin.
Add 1/2 of chicken to top half of English muffin & remaining 1/2 to bottom half of English muffin.
Spread 1/2 of mozzarella cheese on top half of English muffin & remaining 1/2 to bottom half of English muffin.
Put baking pan in oven & bake for 6-8 minutes.
Let cool & Enjoy!
