1.) Boil the chicken in chicken broth, water, a scoop of butter, salt and pepper
2.) Once it's cooked - shred the chicken (save the broth)
3.) Mix sour cream, soup, and poppy seeds - then add in the chicken and continue to mix together
4.) Even out in the casserole disk
5.) Add the crushed Ritz crackers on top evenly
6.) Spoon the chicken broth over the entire casserole so that all of the Ritz Crackers are wet with broth.
7.) Cook on 350 until the top crust is a nice brown and it slightly bubbles in the middle and around the edges.
