Preheat oven to 350?
Brown hamburger in large skillet; drain.
Stir in garlic and saute for 2 minutes.
Add soup and bring to a simmer.
Transfer to a glass 9"x13" baking dish
Top with corn and spread mashed potatoes on top, all the way to the edges.
Sprinkle cheddar cheese over top and bake 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and pie is throughly heated.
