simple roasted veg with bratwursat

1.) preheat the oven to 400F
2.) Spread foil on your kitchen surface.
2.) Drizzle 1 tbsp olive oil and butter on the cookie sheet
3.) Spread potato chunks, bratwursts, Brussels sprouts, yellow pepper, red pepper carrots and walnuts on the cookie sheet
4.) Drizzle with remaining olive oil, thyme and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5.) Place in the oven and roast for 30-45 minutes, stirring every 15m
