Suggest a better descriptionSeparate the eggs. In a chilled bowl add the egg whites and a dash of salt, whip to stiff peaks.
Create a double boiler and bring the water to a simmer, add the chocolate and butter to the boiler and heat to melted. Once melted remove from heat.
In an other bowl add the cream and sugar and whip till stiff. Add the egg yolks and coffee to the whipped cream. Add the melted chocolate to the whipped cream, and gently combine. Fold in the egg whites and chill the mousse.
