Meatloaf with some spice to it
Mix together all ingredients in a bowl then press into a loaf pan that has been sprayed with non-stick spray. Bake at 375F for an hour to an hour and half, until center temperature reaches 165F. Let rest for a minute then slice into serving sizes.
