Chop tepins in a food processor for a few spins; the more you add, the hotter the salsa. Run tomatoes through food processor for only a second or two, not too mushy or liquefied. Chop green onions by hand - they lose flavor if food-processed and chopped onions have a better presentation in appearance. Stir all ingredients together and serve with chips.
