Suggest a better description1. Bring 4 Qts water to rolling boil on stove top, on high setting.
2. Add potatoes, shallots, garlic, seasoning, parsley and 2 lemon halves, to boiling water. Boil for 10 minutes.
3. Add Andouille sausage and corn to boiling water. Boil for 7 minutes.
4. Add shrimp to boiling water. Boil for 5 minutes.
5. Drain pot into colander.
6. Pour contents onto cookie sheet and serve!
***Use additional lemon for garnish or juicing over dish for flavor.***
