Not just any crispy chicken but crispy chicken that's NOT breaded and NOT fried! Not only that, but it's covered in orange zest and ginger, so it's definitely finger-licking good. It's a very simple recipe that includes 4 main ingredients (chicken, butter, fresh orange zest, and fresh butter). There's nothing weird here.
